Mr. Bunthoeun Suon

Working for law firms and organizations for more than 10 years, Mr. Bunthoeun Suon has worked on countless civil, commercial, real estate and investment cases. He either gives advice to the clients or represents them in court. He helps big and small, national and international business investors to conduct due diligence on the immovable properties before the purchase, to file a complaint or defend the case on the behalf of the clients. Mr. Bunthoeun Suon was involved in the process of solving the conflict between multiple parties such as government, court, company, and citizens. He engages with all parties to solve the land and commercial conflict by negotiation, conciliation, facilitation and mediation. Moreover, he deals with issues pertaining to business transactions such as business licensing, joint ventures and collaborations, corporate legal due diligence, sale and purchase of company or business assets, investment in companies. He helps businesses and individuals to stand against the violation of their copyright such as trademark and tradename. Mr. Bunthoeun Suon earned his Master’s Degree in Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia majoring in private law in 2015. He got a full scholarship to Columbia University majoring in Law and Policy in 2014.
