History of Establishment

Legal Trust Law Firm (the “Firm”) was initiated by His Excellency Visal Suon, the Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and a former president of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (the “BAKC”) (2017 – 2021). Upon being admitted to the BACK in 2020, the Firm has been led by Mr. Bunthoeun Suon, a lawyer with more than 20 years of working experience in the legal field. 2020 was an impactable year in which every institution and individual was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Firm survives its early birth incident and bumpy roads and continues to grow until today – from 5 lawyers to 14 lawyers and from 5 clients to 500 clients. Thanks to our vigilant partners, lawyers, interns and staff who have been part of our journey so far.
