Mr. Pheakdey Srey

Prior to joining Legal Trust Law Firm, Mr. Pheakdey Srey worked as a community and authority facilitator in public forums for more than a year. Then, in 2012, he joined the banking sector in charge of debt settlement, both out-of-court and in-court, drafting and overseeing relevant legal consulting contracts and mortgage inheritance contracts, out-of-court litigation procedures, and training of relevant staff on contract law and out-of-court dispute resolution procedures. Currently, Mr. Pheakdey Srey continues to work as a representative by mandating and defending the rights, consulting, drafting contracts, as well as other legal documents to the bank. Mr. Pheakdey Srey obtained his Master's Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2018. Experiences:
