Mr. Chanvandy Phan

Mr. Chanvandy Phan has over 7 years of experience in providing legal services to the significant sector including business development, real estate, labor, family and marriage. Before joining Legal Trust Law Firm, he spent 3 important years working as a lawyer assistant at Khmer Apsara Law Firm where he learned his critical and practical legal skills including conflict resolutions and the tribunal proceeding. From the beginning of his professional career, Mr. Phan was a social activist who cares about fundamental human rights including social and economic rights in Cambodian society. Mr. Phan is a founder of a non-governmental association called the Cambodian Youth Network Association which aim to increase youth participation and civic engagement in Cambodia. Mr. Phan obtained an Associate Degree in English at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI) in 2012 and graduated Bachelor’s Degree of Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in 2013. He has been continuously learning attending multiple courses related to legal and social development with institutes and international organizations in Cambodia and regional.
