Membership Categories and Their Definitions
- Practice lawyer - Refers to a lawyer with a license issued by the Bar Associations of the Kingdom of Cambodia after successfully completing the one-year internship requirement.
- Internship lawyer - If you are qualified and admitted into the Bar Associations of the Kingdom of Cambodia to practice legal services; however, you are required to provide the legal service under a supervision of a senior lawyer, known as your guidance.
- Affiliates - You are not a lawyer nor an internship lawyer, but you are a law student or have a profession relevant to the legal field.
- Intern - refers to a young padawan working as an apprentice under the guidance of a lawyer to assist the lawyer or the legal work in general. You could be in school or a fresh graduate.
Requirements
To be part of the team, regardless of what position, you must carry the following qualities:
- Carrying a positive mindset
- Appreciating learning new things
- Having an open-minded
- Being professional
Eligibilities
If you are one of the following, you are welcome to be with our team:
- Having a valid lawyer license or being admitted into the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia
- Law practitioners including legal counsel at private or state institutions
- Fellow law students
